NES AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by New Essential Services LLC, registered in the Sultanate of Oman. The platform provides AI-powered business tools including chatbots, voice AI, lead capture, social media automation, and business intelligence.
You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legitimate business entity to use NES AI. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms.
You agree to use NES AI only for lawful, ethical business purposes. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
NES AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated.
Founder pricing (50% discount) applies for one year from the date of signup for the first 50 clients. Standard pricing applies from month 13 onwards. You will receive a reminder before standard pricing takes effect.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. Access continues for 24 hours after the trial period ends to allow for a seamless transition. You will receive a notification before your trial expires.
NES AI uses third-party AI models to generate responses, content, and insights. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and business assistance purposes only. New Essential Services does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before acting on it.
New Essential Services is not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions arising from the use of AI-generated content, platform downtime, data inaccuracies, or third-party service failures. Our maximum liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for that month.
You own your data. New Essential Services will never sell your data to third parties. We process your data solely to deliver the platform services as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. New Essential Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

All subscription plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends. A 24-hour grace period applies after trial expiry.
Image credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
Sara AI call minute top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. Minutes do not expire and carry over month to month.
The one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable once onboarding has been completed and the platform has been handed over to the client.
